These terms govern your use of PUMPLINE — the game, the ladders, and
this website — operated by us ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time via
the contact page. By playing PUMPLINE or buying on
this site, you agree to these terms.
2. The game and your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to
play PUMPLINE on devices you own. The game, its art, audio, code, track
designs and names remain ours. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or
redistribute any of it outside what your platform's rules and mandatory
law allow.
3. Accounts and ladders
The game creates an anonymous account so progress and purchases can
be stored. Joining any ladder requires signing in with Apple or Google
and claiming a unique display name.
Display names are visible to everyone. Names that are offensive,
impersonating, or otherwise abusive can be reported and will be removed.
Repeat abuse can end ladder access.
Fair play: scores are validated server-side. Cheating,
exploiting, score manipulation or interfering with the service leads to
score removal and can lead to a permanent ladder ban. League creators
may additionally remove ("kick") members from their own leagues; kicks
are permanent for that league.
4. Leagues and player content
League creators choose the league name, configuration and (with an
Event Pack) custom event texts. You are responsible for what you write;
it must not be unlawful, hateful, or infringe anyone's rights. We may
remove content that breaks these rules and, for serious or repeated
violations, end the league without refund.
By publishing a league or custom event you grant us a licence to
display that content to other players as part of the service.
Leagues run for the configured duration. When a league ends, its
final standings remain visible to its members.
5. Purchases
Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple
under Apple's terms.
Purchases made on this website are processed by
Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc. as merchant of record —
Paddle is the seller of record and handles payment, taxes, invoices and
refunds. See our refund policy.
All purchases unlock entitlements on your account (a season,
the ad-free upgrade, a league creation credit, an event pack). They are
digital content, delivered immediately, and work on every device where
you sign in with the same account.
Seasons are time-boxed by design: a season's ladder closes at its
end date, after which the track remains playable but scores no longer
post. League credits are consumed when a league is created.
Prices may change; changes never affect what you already own.
6. Ads
The free mode may show ads (Google AdMob). The Remove Ads purchase
disables interstitials permanently on your account. See the
privacy policy for ad data details.
7. Availability and changes
PUMPLINE is a live service: seasons rotate monthly, balance changes
happen, and online features need our servers. We aim for high
availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or
discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely we will
give reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You can stop using PUMPLINE and delete your account (and its data) at
any time from the in-game settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts
that break these terms, cheat, or abuse other players.
9. Disclaimers and liability
PUMPLINE is a game about a fictional market; nothing in it is
financial advice, and PUMPLINE market cap has no monetary value. The
service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our
liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount
you paid us in the twelve months before the claim; nothing limits
liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service is
operated. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you keep any mandatory
protections and forum rights of your country of residence. Web purchases
are additionally covered by Paddle's buyer terms as merchant of record.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date changes when we do.
Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
