DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your PUMPLINE account and its data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

In the app (instant)

Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, scores, display name (it becomes available to others), follow relationships, and entitlement records.

By email

Email support@pumpline.app from the address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in, or include your ladder display name so we can find the account. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your account and identifiers, scores and run history, display name, profile, follows, and entitlement records.
• Kept: store purchase records remain with Apple, Google, or Paddle per their own policies (we cannot delete those on their systems); anonymized aggregate statistics that no longer identify you.
